Overview

Our organization is seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to become part of a distinguished Women's Health Care Center located in Raleigh, NC. The clinical team comprises 9 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner, and has been committed to serving women in the Raleigh Metro area for over 80 years. All deliveries and gynecological surgeries are conducted at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh (UNC Rex), a premier facility featuring a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced gynecological surgical procedures. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a physician eager to join a thriving group in a growing region and a reputable hospital system.

• Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic inpatient services.
• Perform emergency gynecological surgical care as required.
• Hospital shifts will take place at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
• Full-time position entails 2-3 shifts of 14 hours each per week, with one weekend of call per month.
• Part-time options available with some scheduling flexibility.
• Expect to manage approximately 20-25 deliveries monthly.
• Call responsibilities are shared with another practice.
