Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our facility in Marshall, IL. As a Distribution Associate, you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Oftentimes associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.

• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Shift: Monday Thursday: 5AM-3:30PM, 5PM-3:30AM | Friday-Sunday: 5AM-5PM, 5PM-5AM

Location: Marshall, IL 62441

Pay Range: $17.00 $17.90 per hour

State earned paid sick leave: Earn Up to 40 hours of paid leave from work per year. Workers earn 1 hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked.
