As a part-time Corporate Receptionist , you will be responsible for the following: Providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service and administrative support. Projecting a positive image as representative for the credit union in receiving visitors and guests. Completing various tasks including but not limited to; greeting visitors and peers, handling various types of incoming and outgoing communication, stocking supplies, and maintaining reception or administrative areas. Performing as a gatekeeper to the corporate facilities, ensuring established security procedures are followed when granting building access. Covering for other departmental administrative areas within corporate facilities Salary Range : This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Schedule: Anticipated schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority. Keys to success: In order to be successful as a part-time Corporate Receptionist , you must possess these qualifications Knowledge of policies and procedures. Knowledge of TFCU products and services. Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and administrative standards. Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
