Our Overland Park, KS team is looking for an experienced technician who can follow plans, promptly fulfill work orders, and keep everything in excellent condition. Our Hotel Maintenance Chief keeps our building an amazing place for guests to visit, unwind, and enjoy their time away from home. Your work will be felt by everyone, from guests to staff!
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience performing physical planned maintenance
- Knowledge of developing and following maintenance plans
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with guests, vendors, coworkers, and management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work varied hours
ARE YOU THE HOTEL MAINTENANCE CHIEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
When you join us, you'll be responsible for:
- Following a structured program to maintain our physical facilities and grounds
- Performing top-notch preventative and corrective maintenance and making repairs as needed
- Efficiently completing daily work orders to resolve guest issues and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintaining swimming pool chemistry and temperature according to health department standards
- Keeping the grounds and building safe and promptly reporting any security concerns
- Maintaining neat landscaping
- Managing the maintenance budget and making recommendations for spending plans
