Quality Control Technician
We're hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect products, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain accurate records for audits. This role is critical in maintaining product consistency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects or nonconformities
- Conduct tests and measurements using specialized tools or equipment
- Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs
- Report any deviations to supervisors and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and safety standards
- Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of quality control or inspection experience preferred
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP)
- Skilled in using measurement tools like calipers, gauges, or microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read blueprints or technical specifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate: $22 – $26 / Hour
