We’re currently hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative and compassionate hospital team in Panama City, FL Florida.

✔️ Upto $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
✔️ Competitive Pay: Up to $73.56/hr (based on experience)
✔️ Shift Differentials: +$3/hr evenings, +$6/hr nights
✔️ Flexible Shifts: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM & 9:30 AM–8:00 PM

Role Highlights:

• Direct involvement in clinical pharmacy services
• Monitor and optimize drug therapy regimens
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on patient care plans
• Opportunity to lead and support pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Active FL Pharmacist license
• Acute hospital experience within the past year ( required )
• New grads with hospital internship or PGY-1 welcome to apply
