Position: Registered Nurse Location: MICU A Schedule: 36 Hours (Nights / Rotating Weekend) ABOUT THE Critical Care/Medical Intensive Care Unit A & B DEPARTMENT AT BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER: Boston Medical Center has two medical intensive care units (MICUs). One consists of 17 beds (MICU A) and the other consists of 10 beds (MICU B). Patient populations on these units consist of the most acute medical patients including multisystem failure, renal failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome and sepsis. POSITION SUMMARY: As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
