General Production Worker

Production Worker- Direct Hire- $18/hour- First Shift
We are seeking a Production Associate to join our CNC machining team. This role involves cutting, measuring, and preparing foam materials for production using cutting equipment and hand tools. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, following work instructions, keeping the work area clean, and safely handling materials throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills

• Manufacturing/ production experience preferred.
• Proficiency in machine operation and inspection processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a new machine shop setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
