Production Technician/ Operator I (Night Shift)

Production Technician I operates manufacturing equipment for formulation, encapsulation, and packaging at a pharmaceutical facility in Tempe, Arizona on rotating night shifts. The role involves executing GMP-compliant processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining quality standards under supervisory oversight.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and clean equipment according to batch records and standard operating procedures
- Monitor manufacturing processes and report issues to appropriate operational resources
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and execute in-process quality checks
- Train qualified colleagues on equipment operation and manufacturing processes
- Complete batch documentation following ALCOA and GMP compliance requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years cGMP manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new applications
- Understanding of HMI controls and vision inspection systems
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours daily and lift up to 25 pounds
