As a Client Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience by supporting account openings transfers annuity and insurance applications and ongoing operational processes. Your work will directly impact our clients financial futures while supporting our advisors and operations team.

We are seeking a positive motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy efficiency and follow-through.

What youll do:

• Review prepare and process new account applications and related paperwork submitted by advisors
• Ensure all required forms signatures and supporting documents are complete and accurate
• Submit applications and paperwork to insurance carriers custodians broker-dealers and investment companies
• Coordinate and monitor account transfers rollovers annuity transactions and other business activities
• Proactively follow up with carriers custodians and other partners to keep processes moving
• Research and resolve application deficiencies and outstanding requirements
• Maintain accurate records and document all activity in the firms CRM and systems
• Communicate status updates to advisors clients and team members in a timely professional manner
• Respond to client service requests and support operational initiatives as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in a financial advisory wealth management insurance or broker-dealer environment
• Experience processing annuity applications transfers and account servicing requests
• Working knowledge of tax-qualified and non-qualified accounts
• Experience with brokerage advisory and life insurance accounts
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with CRM systems and electronic document management platforms
