Within this organization, our Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns the core, cross-cutting capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize every individual customer interaction. Alongside them, the Experience Platforms team ensures the absolute quality, consistency, and analytical depth of our customer-facing digital channels and communication delivery systems.
