Sales Associate (Giants Authentics)

Overview Department: Retail Location: Giants Authentics storefront at Oracle Park and Brisbane retail warehouse Position: part-time/seasonal (30-40 hours per week) Title: Sales Associate Giants Authentics is the San Francisco Giants Official Retailer of MLB Authenticated memorabilia. The team operates within the Giants retail department, working with the Giants home clubhouse and MLB Authenticators to collect, authenticate, and sell authentic Giants memorabilia. The shop provides exceptional customer service and premium baseball memorabilia to MLB fans worldwide. About the Role Part‑time sales associate/team member. Responsibilities include gameday sales and customer service at the storefront, managing, cataloging, and selling game‑used and autographed memorabilia in‑store, by phone/email, and online. Non‑gameday shifts involve direct‑to‑consumer sales, inventory management, and order shipping at the offsite retail warehouse. Requires a basic knowledge of baseball and a general interest in sports. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to stand for periods longer than four hours at a time. Availability for nights and weekends. Flexibility to work a revised schedule on gamedays. Salary $19.18 per hour (hourly rate may vary based on background and experience).
