Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Our client, a leading supply chain and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Office department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Middletown, NY Pay Range: $19.00/hr Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp. Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Check inventory levels across multiple locations to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Coordinate and schedule deliveries using company vehicles or arrange drop-shipment directly to customers nationwide. Maintain clear communication with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or order processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using phone, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for customer communication.
