Join a coastal community hospital laboratory team performing high-complexity testing across multiple departments.
Position OverviewThe Sr. CLS performs diagnostic laboratory testing, quality control procedures, and instrument maintenance while ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank testing
Maintain lab instrumentation and quality control logs
Analyze and validate laboratory results
Assist with troubleshooting and calibration
Adhere to regulatory compliance standards
Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
2+ years hospital laboratory experience
Experience in high-complexity testing required
