FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Position Overview Full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN at Nestle, 30000 Bainbridge Road, Wadell, AZ 44139. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, hours may vary. Pay: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures on floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface. Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50lbs.
