Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote and educate healthcare providers on the company's oncology product portfolio in the Dallas area. The role involves strategic account management, relationship building with key opinion leaders, and driving demand for Pfizer therapies among hospitals and specialized care organizations.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists in assigned territory
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use and clinical benefits of Pfizer products
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive product demand
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and address them with targeted resources and responsive solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years relevant experience; high school diploma with 10+ years acceptable
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within 7 years
- Demonstrated proficiency with complex digital applications and learning ability
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical/scientific information
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as required
- 3-5 years oncology sales or hematology therapeutic area experience preferred
Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base salary plus sales incentive bonus
