Production Associate - SWING SHIFT (Entry Level)

Our production team works across printing, finishing, assembly, quality control, finishing, and packing to deliver high-quality, customer-ready products. We’re looking for an entry-level Production Associate who’s excited to learn and help out across the entire production floor. This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, adaptable, curious, and comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed. Your Role As a Production Associate , you will serve as a flexible support role across production functions including Assembly, Quality Control, Packing, Staging, Finishing, and Print support. You will be assigned tasks based on daily production needs and priorities and may shift between functions throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone early in their manufacturing career who wants broad exposure to production operations and a strong foundation in modern manufacturing workflows. Shift and Schedule Regular schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30pm–10:00pm Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, for the initial training period. Mandatory overtime may be required to support production needs, staff shortages, or unexpected increases in workload. Core Duties & Responsibilities Support Assembly, QC, Packing, Staging, Finishing, and Print teams as assigned Support Finishing team by preparing parts for sanding and paint Assist with assembly tasks following work instructions and SOPs Perform visual inspections and quality checks Pack lighting products accurately and efficiently Build boxes, inserts, and packing materials for various product types Stage parts, materials, and finished goods for the next production step Assist with print harvesting, respooling, and material handling as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate issues, shortages, or blockers to supervisors Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines Support overall workflow efficiency and daily production goals Embrace Gantri’s values: Drive Impact, Think Critically, Champion Change, Move Fast, and Empower Anti-Fragility Essential Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided) Willingness to learn new tasks, tools, and processes Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Technical & Interpersonal Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace or equivalent) Clear communication and teamwork skills High adaptability and willingness to shift tasks quickly Proactive attitude and openness to feedback Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) Repetitive hand and wrist movements Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. comfortably Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the shift Reliable transportation to the workplace Flexibility to work overtime as needed Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and commuter benefits Paid Sick Time and Vacation (PTO) and paid holidays Paid family and medical leave Company-paid life insurance Wellness benefits, including discounted gym memberships and a free Calm subscription Employee discounts on Gantri products Team lunches, outings, onsite events, and holiday celebrations $22 - $22 an hour Note:Swing-shift employees receive an additional 10% differential calculated on the $20 base rate. $20.00/hr base pay +$2.00 swing-shift differential (10% of the $20 base) = $22.00/hr total Why join Gantri?
