Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and identify healthcare needs Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans Maintain accurate electronic medical records Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience What You'll Bring We're looking for an RN who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
