What You'll Be Doing

This is a fast-paced, hands-on recruiting position where success is measured by results.

• Proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Recruit for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Develop a strong pipeline of dependable, job-ready candidates.
• Match candidates to client opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and fit.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and client companies.
• Manage multiple open job orders and consistently meet placement deadlines.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring paperwork, onboarding, and employment eligibility verification.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all hiring procedures are followed.
• Follow up with associates after placement to improve retention and resolve issues.
• Work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to meet weekly performance goals.
