As Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, and motivating our Gummy Maker employees. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.This position reports to the production supervisors and works on shifts (3rd shift) including some Saturdays.Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.ResponsibilitiesCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Delegate tasks and set deadlines.Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.Suggest and organize team-building activities.Make sure that employees have the proper PPE.Make sure that employees follow GMP practices.Make sure that employees follow processing/packaging instructions and proper documentation.Manages shift performance and task execution including time and attendance.Verify run startup materials, ingredients and documentation needed to complete the production order and assures that the production order is completed properly with all the documentation, including unused components return to inventory.RequirementsProven work experience as a team leader. Team Player with great interpersonal skills.Understand or has knowledge of performance metrics.Basic processing and packaging equipment operational understanding and/or able to acquire this knowledge.Good PC skills, especially MS Office.Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.Decision-making skills.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Bilingual (English/ Spanish) required.Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years of related experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Widget
