This role ensures tables are set promptly, dining areas are clean and stocked, and servers are supported so guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service SupportClear and reset tables quickly and efficientlyAssist servers in delivering food and beverages as neededRefill water glasses and provide table support during serviceRespond promptly to guest requests in a courteous mannerDining Area MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and service areasEnsure napkins, silverware, condiments, and service stations are fully stockedRemove trash and linens throughout shiftKeep service and kitchen walkways clear and safeTeam SupportAssist with opening, closing, and side workCommunicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsSupport team members during peak business periodsFollow supervisor instructions and assist with additional tasks as assignedSafety & SanitationMaintain cleanliness standards according to health department and company guidelinesFollow proper food handling and sanitation proceduresReport spills, broken items, or unsafe conditions immediatelyTop Requirements:Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.Own It: Be a role model, Embrace Responsibility and Keep Learning.Passionately Serve: Be Positive, Care Deeply and Create Memories.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and guest-focused mindsetPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbsFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pullingAbility to work in a hot, fast-paced environmentSchedule RequirementsAvailability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededFlexible schedule based on business demandsWho are we looking for?Are you someone who values teamwork, takes ownership of your role, and is passionate about serving our guests with warmth and hospitality?
