We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support industrial construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and cost control. This position will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6

• Maintain quantity tracking logs for project components and installed work

• Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate baseline schedules

• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting

• Assist with resource planning and project controls

• Support Project Managers with cost control and margin improvement

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist with procurement coordination

• Attend project meetings and provide scheduling and project-controls updates

• Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling issues or delays

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project information

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Primavera P6

• Experience with construction scheduling, project controls, or planning

• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical drawings

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, field teams, and other project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Experience with CAD/drafting

• Construction estimating experience

• Knowledge of mechanical systems

• Experience supporting industrial or heavy construction projects

• Experience with quantity tracking, procurement, or cost control
