Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and support business growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning campaign calendars, building and segmenting email lists, designing and testing email templates, and writing clear, compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with editorial, design, and marketing teams to align email initiatives with overall content and marketing plans. Qualifications Strong proficiency in email marketing software and tools, including list management and campaign design. Experience with marketing automation platforms to create workflows, triggers, and nurture campaigns. Ability to use marketing analytics to interpret performance data and adjust strategies for better results. Skills in lead generation through email campaigns and related digital marketing activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and audience engagement. Understanding of best practices for email deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in digital or content-focused businesses is beneficial.
