Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Summary:

The CNA provides compassionate, person-centered care while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Accurately document care provided.
Support a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the State of Iowa.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
