In this dynamic role, you will directly advance pipeline projects by expressing, purifying, and characterizing complex multispecific biotherapeutics within a collaborative laboratory environment.

responsibilities:

• Express, purify, and remediate multispecific biologics and antibody fragments using AKTA platforms.
• Perform routine protein characterization using analytical techniques including SEC, LC/MS, DSF, SDS-PAGE, and endotoxin assays.
• Utilize automated laboratory workstations (e.g., Hamilton, AssayMap, Kingfisher) to streamline high-throughput discovery workflows.
• Coordinate sample management, tracking, and aliquoting to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials to cross-functional teams.
• Document experimental methods and data precisely in electronic laboratory notebooks and present results to project stakeholders.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in protein/biologics expression, purification, and characterization.
• Strong working knowledge of analytical characterization techniques (e.g., SEC, MS, DSF).
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with multispecific biotherapeutics and antibody design.
• Hands-on experience operating laboratory automation platforms and sequence analysis software (Vector NTI, Geneious, or Genedata).
