MDS Nurse Pay: $33.00–$40.00 per hour Austinwoods Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN forour MDS program. Lead the interdisciplinary team through the MDS and care-planning process. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Oversee and coordinate the Restorative Nursing Program. Educate and support nursing staff regarding restorative programs. Assist with survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Ohio RN license, Preferred . MDS experience preferred. Long-term care/SNF experience preferred. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
