Mail Inserter/Bindery - Tues & Fri 5pm - 12am Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- Second Shift (05:00pm to 12:00am )
- Operate mail inserting and bindery equipment, including basic troubleshooting techniques, loading hoppers, and understanding control functions and fault lights
- Perform tasks such as stacking inserts and bundles efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Assist other staff members as needed to support overall department goals
- Always display safe working habits and proper employee conduct, working cooperatively with others
- Work collaboratively within a team in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Accept and follow written and verbal direction from Mailroom Management
Mail Inserter/Bindery - Tues & Fri 5pm - 12am Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a production, bindery, mailroom, or equivalent warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to understand spoken English
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong commitment to regular attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, which may include night and weekend shifts, beyond the current fixed schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 7 hours per shift, and tolerate loud noise (hearing protection is provided)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Capable of pushing or pulling up to 850 pounds (with leverage)
- Must be able to climb, stoop, stand, kneel, and crawl to access and work in irregular spaces on and around industrial equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
