SVS Group is currently looking to hire an Experienced General Labor/Skilled Labor Staffing Recruiter for our office here in Tempe, AZ. We are growing fast and would like to hire an Experienced Staffing Recruiter Right away. You will have typical Staffing Recruiter job duties to include:
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include utilizing job boards and recruit on all open orders
- Conduct phone and in person job interviews
- Place candidates in the proper jobs
- This is a typical Staffing Recruiter job working on General Labor and Skilled Labor Job Duties
- 95% of our positions are Temp to Hire or temp
- This is an in-person Staffing Recruiter Job
- You must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm in the office
- Currently, we are only hiring Experienced Staffing Recruiters
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Organized and adaptable with strong time management
- Passionate about helping people succeed and supporting company growth
