Job Opportunity: Academic General OB/GYN Faculty Member

We are seeking an academic general OB/GYN faculty member to join our team, with options for either a hospitalist position involving 15 shifts of 10 to 12 hours each month, or a role focused solely on outpatient care. Depending on the chosen position, duties will encompass patient care at our primary teaching hospital, mentoring and instructing students and residents, seeing patients at one of our outpatient facilities, as well as engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives aligned with professional training, skills, and career aspirations. Compensation and academic rank will be based on qualifications, and there are opportunities for administrative and leadership roles.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of hire:

• Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Possession of a California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish and Hmong.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $244,000 and $390,000, based on funding from our affiliate organization.
