Position Overview
Supports freight movement tracking, load assignment, and operational workflow. Richmond candidates may participate in hybrid activities; remote candidates fully integrated into Oregon-based systems. Designed for entry-level learners and experienced dispatch professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Track freight activity and update dispatch systems
Support assignment and coordination of shipments
Communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions
Maintain accurate documentation and operational logs
Collaborate with Oregon-based operations for workflow consistency
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency and familiarity with dispatch systems
Organizational and detail-oriented
Ability to follow structured workflows
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote options within Oregon-based dispatch operations. Richmond candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
