Work Schedule: Mon thru Thurs: 6:00AM to 4:30PM OR 3:00PM to 1:30AM Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components using hand tools Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques Identify and report defective materials Maintain clean and safe work area Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors Assist with other duties as needed Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer Ability to read basic process instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read a ruler and other measuring tools Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements: Frequent and repetitive hand and finger use Ability to manipulate small components Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs Good close-up and color vision Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
