HR Business Partner - Hybrid Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. They work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, workforce planning, and talent lifecycle‑related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, and talent growth. HRBPs translate group business strategies into HR solutions, act as close advisors to executive and senior leadership, lead programs and initiatives, champion the organization’s culture, develop practical local solutions, and coach leaders to enhance people‑leadership capabilities. They also use analytical tools to inform business decisions and ensure the quality of HR service delivery through collaboration with HR operational services and centers of expertise. Location & Schedule This position is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days per week onsite in Seattle and the remaining time working remotely. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $50.32 – $79.45 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities may be available.
