Must reside 50 miles from facility to obtain travel rates. Must have OH state license in hand Shift: Evenings, shifts either 4x10s or 5x8s (training will be during Day shift) 13 weeks (with potential for extension) Interviews: In person preferred, video possible Experience: 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience (large medical center), Epic experience Additional Skills: familiar with sterile compounding (overseeing/checking), order verification, checking sterile products, checking dose meds, checking Pyxis, fielding questions from patients/doctors, IV room, Ecmo, CRRT, consults, antibiotic dosing, etc.
