Lead Product Designer - Elayne

Key Responsibilities Own the full design lifecycle from user research to high‑fidelity prototypes, ensuring a seamless experience for estate settlement workflows. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to translate business goals into user‑centric design solutions. Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms. Advise on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, conducting iterative testing and refinement. Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning. Requirements 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or financial services. Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and visual design. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
