Chaoyang district, Kindergarten Teacher

Beijing, Chaoyang district, kindergarten position is available starting in August/September,2026.

salary: 26-30k after tax and other benefits, for the holidays of this kindergarten, the first year, the teacher has 1 week paid summer holiday(3 weeks holiday, but 1 week paid the first year，2 weeks paid the second year), Winter holiday is 3 weeks paid(including the spring festival holiday). and all paid public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

- As a Lead English teacher for a class of 20-25 students (there will also be a co-Chinese Lead Teacher).
- Lead at least 3 English immersion days per week, during which all teaching activities will be conducted primarily in English.
- Design and implement various English teaching activities, and use English to participate in all aspects of the daily routine.
- Support children's English learning holistically in a developmentally appropriate manner.
- Actively participate in team discussions, collaborating with Chinese teachers to plan inquiry-based lessons and prepare materials.
- Proactively assist in necessary parent communication, including but not limited to completing regular child anecdotes, weekly plans, daily summaries, and semester reports.
- Support marketing activities that contribute to the overall success of school.

Job requirements:

- Acknowledge and be willing to practice the kindergarten's philosophy.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Native English speakers
- More than 2 years' working experience in international kindergartens or international schools in China.
- Passionate about preschool education. Caring, patient, and fond of children.
- Optimistic and positive, willing to participate in teamwork, not only willing to learn but also offer feedback and good at critical thinking. Have a growth mindset, love innovation, and be willing to embrace uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
- Eager to work with professional and outstanding people in the industry to stimulate each other's achievements and become better.
- Pedagogy or language learning background is preferred.
