Custodian

CUSTODIAN A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Custodian who will provide clean and safe working conditions for all employees. Custodian Job Responsibilities Clean and supply restrooms and break rooms Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing and shampooing carpeting as needed. Wash walls and scrub tiles as needed. Gather and empty all waste bins. Dust and wipe down surfaces in common areas—lunch rooms, conference rooms, workout room, training room. Properly clean all windows and mirrors. Custodian Job Requirements Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience. Ability to work independently with little to no direction. Ability to properly mix and prepare cleaning chemicals.
