Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in planning and delivering care.
- Monitor obstetric and gynecologic patient conditions, administer medications, and document accurately.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, timely care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work night shift (12-hour rotations)
- Demonstrated capability to deliver care in a hospital OB/GYN setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
