What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees guests and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices production areas common spaces parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access verify credentials when required and support visitor management processes.
• Support daily operations at a dynamic media technology and communications location by maintaining a visible presence following post orders and communicating clearly with employees contractors and/or emergency personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
