Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain practical experience in event operations, promotions, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events. Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance. Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services. Assist with promotional presentations and activities. Distribute promotional information and materials to attendees. Help identify customer interests and provide appropriate information. Maintain organized displays, materials, and event areas. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Assist with event schedules and daily activity coordination. Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable and adaptable in changing environments. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
