Door-to-Door Roofing Canvasser

Position Overview

Ark Roofing & Restoration is seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and dependable Door-to-Door Canvasser to generate roofing and restoration leads in residential neighborhoods. This is a performance-driven role for individuals who are comfortable talking to homeowners, handling rejection, and consistently creating opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Canvas residential neighborhoods daily to identify potential roofing and restoration opportunities.
• Knock doors and engage homeowners in professional conversations.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for roofing inspections.
• Educate homeowners about storm damage, aging roofs, insurance claims, and restoration services.
• Track canvassing activity and leads generated.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive reputation in the community.
• Follow assigned canvassing routes and territory plans.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Must be tenacious, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to canvas Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with additional hours available on weekends.
• Ability to walk several miles per day in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Previous door-to-door, roofing, solar, pest control, alarm, or direct sales experience is required.
