Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

North Star Stamping & Tool, Inc. is hiring a reliable Punch Press Die Setter to join our production team. You'll set up and operate power presses while ensuring quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and align dies in punch press
• Adjust machine settings and monitor operation
• Inspect parts and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain and clean equipment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or machine experience preferred
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail

What We Offer

• $25–$30/hour
