Director, Data Center & Power Capital Markets

Madison Hunt has partnered with the capital markets team of one of the largest infrastructure asset managers in New York as they seek to add an experienced Principal to work with the firm's digital infrastructure strategy. This multi-billion-dollar investment vehicle was launched to invest in in AI-related infrastructure such as data centers and power generation. The capital markets team sits at the intersection of deal execution and financing strategy. Primary responsibilities include structuring and arranging debt financing (bank loans, project finance, bonds, private placements) for acquisitions and portfolio companies, negotiating terms with lenders, rating agencies, and underwriters, and partnering with the investment team during diligence.
