Role Overview


As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, lead your team, and maintain facility standards. You will drive financial success by controlling food, beverages, and labor costs while championing safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader dedicated to selecting, scheduling, coaching, and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee total restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and shift execution.
• Financial Control: Manage food, beverage, and labor costs to maximize profitability.
• People Leadership: Recruit, schedule, coach, and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain high safety, sanitation, and accident-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Leadership: Proven passion for mentoring people and building strong teams.
• Financial Acumen: Documented track record of achieving cost targets and financial goals.
• Values: High integrity, honesty, and a guest-first hospitality philosophy.
• Availability: Open availability to meet business demands (nights and weekends).
