Controller Job Description Responsibilities: Liaise with external auditors, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of audit schedules as required. Guarantee the presentation of all financial statements complies with established accounting standards. Ensure profitability reports are generated both promptly and correctly. Oversee proper month-end closing procedures. Experience with GAAP Manage liquidity levels to ensure optimal operation while maximizing income. Attend and contribute to committee meetings, delivering necessary reports. Ensure accurate and on-time submission of all required tax documentation and regulatory forms. Ensure investments are appropriately accounted for in line with established accounting standards. Qualifications: At least five years of experience overseeing an accounting department. A minimum of five years of experience in budgeting, account management, financial analysis, and reporting. A CPA License or a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in accounting is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
