Surge Electric is seeking a premier Electrical Field Superintendent to serve as the structural leader of our field operations division in Utah. You will be handed total operational ownership of active jobsites, directing crews of skilled electricians, navigating intricate schematics, and enforcing elite craftsmanship standards. Key Responsibilities

• Inter Trade Synchronization: Partner closely with Project Managers, consulting engineers, municipal inspectors, and other specialty trade leads to streamline jobsite workflows and eliminate logistics bottlenecks.
• Real Time Troubleshooting: Apply advanced diagnostic capabilities to isolate and resolve complex structural or wiring system faults in real time, mitigating project downtime.
• Field Administration: Maintain precise digital daily logs, track material staging requests, and oversee essential safety documentation and field update reporting using company platforms.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

• State Licensure: An active Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Utah is strictly required.
• Field Leadership Tenure: Proven, referenceable experience serving as a Foreman, Lead Wireman, or Field Superintendent on active commercial or complex construction builds.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to interpret structural documents, manage jobsite safety dynamics, and direct field mechanics effectively.
• Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to bridge communication loops between executive offices, field craftworkers, and general contractors.

Preferred

• Knowledge of control systems or specialized electrical installations.
