This Is Who You Are

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant general manager level experience
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment
• You don't settle for "satisfactory to most." You work for a memorable experience every shift.
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on year-over-year growth, cost management, and guest metrics
• Clear, candid communicator with guests, team members, and leadership alike
• You trust people first and you work right every day to keep that trust
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

• Competitive Base Salary for our leaders:

• • GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
  • AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k
  • Assistant Manager / Kitchen Manager: $65k-$75k

In the Pit

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
