We're proud to support sustainable and regenerative agriculture and environmentally friendly practices. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional looking to advance their career while working with a team that values creativity, sustainability, and above all, delicious food. Responsibilities Prepare our menu items, following our established recipes and standards. Keep a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines. Assist in menu planning, with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Requirements Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Familiarity with vegetarian and vegan cooking styles. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
