Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed clinical assessments to form personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client. Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients towards recovery while fostering resilience and hope. Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice. Collaborate with the integrated treatment team to discuss patient progress, treatment adaptation, and enhance holistic care through regular case consultations. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey effectively. Stay current with the latest research in the mental health field, integrating new evidence into your therapeutic practices to ensure the highest standard of care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will primarily include individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom also face co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of their recovery, equipping them with the tools and support to achieve long-term wellness. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your rigorous academic training and dedication to the field. An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia, demonstrating your professional standing and commitment to ethical practice.
