Hospice Aide (CNA)

Provide comfort when it matters most.

We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) who is passionate about caring for patients and supporting families during one of life's most important journeys. In this role, you'll provide hands-on personal care that helps patients remain comfortable, safe, and dignified in their own homes while working alongside an experienced hospice team.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and light exercises
  • Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the clinical team
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Bring
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state of practice)
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Previous hospice, home health, long-term care, or caregiving experience preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
  • Strong communication and time management skills
