You arrive on the floor and bring our state-of-the-art production equipment online. You fine-tune settings, watch performance indicators, and keep a close eye on quality throughout the run. When something looks off, you diagnose quickly, resolve the issue, and keep products moving safely and efficiently. By the end of the shift, your meticulous records and clean workstation make handoff simple and seamless for the next operator.

• Run and closely monitor manufacturing machinery to sustain top performance and throughput.
• Complete routine care, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organized work area.
• Inspect finished parts against specifications to ensure consistent quality.
• Partner with teammates to hit production targets and meet deadlines.
• Record production metrics and promptly alert supervisors to any issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven success operating machines or performing similar production work.
• Strong mechanical instincts paired with solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed.
